Monthly Maintenance – Basic Plan

For clients that don’t feel comfortable looking after their own websites or just dont have the time I have a range of maintenance packages. You can also choose for me to host your website if you wish.*

• Plugin Updates
• Theme updates
• No lock-in contract
• Hosting is NOT included

Note: Your maintenance plan will start after payment has been made and all subsequent payments will be collected on that day each month. You will receive an email once your plan has started.

All maintenance is carried out on a Friday (technical issues are dealt with when they arise). Please email or call me with any revisions, updates (maintenance support*) on a Monday. You must book design time if your package doesn't include it. I will let you know if what you require will take you over the time allocated in your plan. Please note unused minutes are not rolled over to the next month.

You are not locked-in to a contract and you can stop your plan at any time, I just require one month's written notice from you (an email is fine) stating you wish to cancel your plan.

* I do not offer hosting alone. All hosting requires a minimum of my basic maintenance plan. You can choose to arrange your own hosting and still get me to look after the maintenance of your website.
